 Pre-Construction Design Manager - BirminghamThe CompanyMy client is a reputable main contractor with a full order book who covers a wide variety of general build projects from £1million to £30million typically.Due to an enormous expansion, they are seeking a new Design Co-ordinator / Manager to add to an existing strong Design team focussing on pre-construction / tender works.This is an excellent opportunity to work with a long standing business with a strong history who pride themselves on loyalty and staff retention.The RoleOffering full Design co-ordination and management at pre-construction on a variety of general build projects, incorporating tendering, value engineering and sustainable solutions e.g. BREEAM.Required Skills-Have previous experience as a Design & Build Co-ordinator / Manager within a Main Contractor.-Exposure to Tender / Preconstruction stage.-Previously worked on general build projects (education, healthcare, commercial)-Experience working on projects between £1million and £30million.-Commutable to the West Midlands.Remuneration-£35,000 - £55,000 Basic Salary (dependent on experience)-Company Car / Allowance-Healthcare-PensionApply now for further details.
