 Chief Engineer (Design / Structures)Reference: EG1-54658Location: TelfordSalary: £40,000-45,000 per annum (DOE)A Chief Engineer is required by my client, a structural steel division of a large international contractor who operates in the highways & rail industries. Due to an expanding division they are looking to recruit a proven Chief Engineer to advise the Directors on the technical aspects of civil engineering projects and ensure their successfully delivery.Requirements:-Experience in Highways/Rail Structures is necessary-Background within Structural Steel / Metalwork is beneficial-Good communicator-Strong minded and confident individual able to advise, plan and deliver their project input-Ability to travel internationally (infrequent)-Familiar with computerized 2D & 3D design packages-Degree in civil / structural engineering or similar-Ideally a member of a professional engineering bodyThis is an ideal role for an experienced Engineer with a background in structural steel or civil engineering main contracting.Please contact Elliot Goulding at Project Resource on e.goulding@project-resource.co.uk or call 0121 712 6600 to discuss this role further.
