They are currently recruiting a Resident Liaison Officer for projects in both Manchester and Warrington for a 12 week period temporary periodRole Administrate residents complaintsLiaise with Client, Residents and Site Management Logging all information General Administrative duties Travel between 2 sites (Manchester and Warrington) CandidateExperience as a Resident Liaison Officer with regeneration projectsMust have Full UK license with own transport and fully insured appropriate vehicleSite experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skills Strong administration and organizational skills This is a temporary role for 12 weeks, Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30pm. £8.00 per hour Mileage allowance If you feel you have the skills required, then please send your CV as soon as possible for review.
