Due to their work ethic, excellent reputation and passionate work force our client has been successful in wining more work mainly in the Residential sector.My client is looking for a stand-out Senior Quantity Surveyor who has a proven record of pre & post contract work with client facing capabilities. As a medium sized business, our client is interested in individuals, and as such the successful candidate will be a highly personable, enthusiastic and charismatic individual.To be considered for this position you must have;- Degree in Quantity Surveying- Chartered (MRICS/MCIOB) or working towards you APC- This is a client-facing position, in addition to traditional Quantity Surveying duties, the successful candidate will be expected to establish and maintain strong client relationships. - Full project cycle experience is essential (pre & post contract)- Residential London experience is essential- Consultancy background is preferred however developer background would be considered if the Quantity Surveyor has client facing and pre contract experience.- At least 7 years Quantity Surveying experience- Confident and enthusiastic- Ability to operate individually as well as part of a team - Live within a commutable distance of LondonTo apply for this role, please email your CV to a.gosnell@project-resource.co.uk or call Alan on 0207 870 9333.
