Description:	Our client is one of the largest residential and mixed use developers in London. They are currently looking for a Site Manager. The project is a £50m new build residential development consisting mainly of apartments located in Central London. I am looking for an Individual with a proven track record in all aspects of site management gained within the residential Developing sectorYou will be a strong team player with good communication skills, who can motivate and influence others. Proven experience in managing a team of people and carrying out all associated processes. It is essential you have First Aid, SMSTS and CSCS Key Duties and Responsibilities: * Drawings and document reviews * Site inductions / Toolbox talks. * Health & Safety Monitoring. * Discussions with the designers. * Discussions with the Client. * Planning ahead / forecast programming. * Site image awareness.
