 This Main Contractor covers New Build and Refurbishment projects in the Education, Healthcare, Leisure, Heritage, Commercial and Local Authority Sectors ranging from £500k - £4m in value, and are looking to recruit an Trainee / Assistant Site Manager. Candidates should have some experience working within the Construction industry , and a Construction related Degree would be advantageous, but not essential. The role will involve working on Site, alongside a Site or Project Manager, dealing with Sub Contractors, Health & Safety, Risk Assessments, Method Statements and all other day to day Site Activities. An Excellent Salary and Package is on offer along with training and career progression.
