Recent contract success plus a strategic focus on the sector means that our client is now looking for a senior-level Cost Manager to join their High-End Residential team. The company is a large, global consultancy providing commercial, legal and PM services to the property and infrastructure markets.
Your role as Associate will be to lead the service delivery to key clients, developing client relationships and cross-selling additional services and capacity. You’ll deliver projects, both directly and through your team as appropriate. And you’ll help develop the service offering, client base and team of consultants to deliver long term success in the sector.
It’s an exciting role, working with prestigious and high-profile projects and clients. It calls for a talented individual, and to be considered you’ll need to meet the following criteria:
- strong background in quantity surveying / cost management for the UK luxury residential sector;
- MRICS or equivalent status;
- proven ability to manage teams of people;
- first class presentation skills;
- natural drive and flair, energy and motivation;
- a good sense of humour!
In return, you’ll be rewarded with a salary of c. £65k - £75k + competitive benefits package.
