Description:	Scaffolding Contracts Manager - East AngliaOur client is a nationally established Facilities Management company with a rapidly expanding customer base across the UK. With the award of several new support contracts, they are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to manage their scaffold portfolio. This position would suit Managers with previous experience working with Tier 1 contractors or Senior Project Managers looking to advance their career.ROLELiaising with sub contractors to ensure construction / installation design is delivered on time and to budget.First point of contact between sub contractors and customers.Issue Programme of Works to site supervisors, meeting daily KPIs.Monitor all site Health & Safety, reporting to Senior Management on all issues to be resolved.Manage scaffold portfolio upwards of £750K.Support Business Development efforts and work opportunities across the portfolio.CANDIDATEProven experience in scaffolding Project Management.CITB - Scaffold qualified.Understanding of TG20 principles.IOSH/NEBOSH certified.Excellent communication and man management skills.Computer literate, including MS Project.SALARY£40K
