Description:	Contracts Manager - Permanent - London - £45k - £50k + Package (negotiable)Due to a number of new projects my client is looking to expand the construction team and as such need an experienced contracts manager to start asap.The successful candidate will be running the Cleaning packages on site and will be the point of contact for site managers and end clients.Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you have previous contracts manager experience and are comfortable looking after multiple sites of a similar size.You will be responsible for supervising your team and have a key role in regards to pricing potential projects.
