We are looking for a Contracts Manager (Scaffold) to work in a busy factory in Wissington. The main purpose of the role is to ensure seamless management of scaffold and access solutions to the client. Additional responsibilities to support the growth of new business and opportunities across the portfolio. Principle Accountabilities: *To ensure all documentation held for the sub- contractor is accurate and meets the requirements of the business and the minimum standard of our client.*Full understanding of scope of works/SLA's and deliverables of service - with the ability to communicate both written and verbally these requirements.*Full understanding of the clients bespoke computerised maintenance management system and ability to monitor efficient control measures to ensure KPI's are achieved.*To ensure the sub - contractor has planned and arranged sufficient man-power, material and equipment to do so with related works.*To ensure all construction or installation drawings, documents and its updates, in terms of methodologies in coordination with other disciplines/contractors/ subcontractors prior to construction/installation and to give proper extensive explanation to the team.*To ensure seamless management of our client's project works - construction/installation schedule maintained and project budget reviewing them continuously to assure working within their limits.*To ensure the daily production sheets for team is adhered to and where works are deviated full traceability of works variations.*To explain daily production sheets, related drawings & work methodology for the Supervisor and the Surveyors daily.*To ensure works are executed to statutory requirements, planning of any changes that could affect business services and notifying key stakeholders.*To assist in supervising the construction/installation in terms of proper method, material reservation and optimum output of labour. *Providing support for the unit management team at request.*Monitoring of works - this will include safety audits, observation audits and sensory checks on a regular basis and to ensure KPI's are achieved.*To ensure all records are accurate, and held in accessible system by sub-contractor unit management team.*Conduct periodic contractor assessments; attend regular sub contract reviews and minute meetings. *Provide the interface between the sub - contractor and the client dealing efficiently and effectively with any issues, queries ensure that full traceability of actions is recorded *To attend a weekly planning meeting with the sub- contractor and Client to review performance and requirements.*To suggest improvements on the system, methodology followed better ideas for doing the job or part of it through daily / weekly meetings.*Being the closest member for the scaffold, access solutions are aware of requirements and to pass it to FM. *To coordinate with other sections / departments / projects for any needed backup.*Provide a monthly power point presentation to demonstrate service deliverance/and KPI's.*Provide support in team approach manner for other services or demands of the business. Qualifications and Experience:*Smart, presentable appearance*Personable and approachable*Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills*Excellent written communication skills*Good command of the English language both orally and verbally*Clean, full driving license*Qualified to CITB - Advance scaffold *At minimum IOSH managing safely - must be prepared to work towards NEBOSH *Good IT skills having knowledge of MS Projects (word processing, spreadsheets and project management tools) Advantageous *High level of interpersonal and customer relationship skills.*Educated to HNC / HND Standard (or equivalent) *Experience in similar role*Knowledge of key operational management disciplines, e.g. quality control, work planning methods*Capable of managing a portfolio in excess of £750,000 per annum*Good sound knowledge and understanding with commercial and contractual issues
