 Quantity Surveyor - London - Permanent - Negotiable SalaryAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with proven ability to join a fast growing and ambitious site service & logistics contractor, to manage the commercial elements of numerous projects in London and surrounds.In order to be considered for this role, you must have demonstrable experience in:- Cost Value Reconciliation, preparation of works valuations, pricing valuations, procurement of subcontractors / suppliers. - The ability to work closely with client teams, keeping the client closely informed throughout the project duration.In addition to this you must have a strong commercial ability, be well organised, with excellent time management skills and a good team player.
