Associate – Bridges & Highways – Midlands Or NW England Job Details

This major new opportunity has just been created by our client, a global consultancy who specialise in cost and project management across a wide range of building and infrastructure markets.  They are reconfiguring their transport team to capitalise on emerging opportunities in the UK, Europe and Russia / CIS.  As part of this process, they have identified an opportunity for a high-calibre individual to join them as an Associate in the Bridges & Highways team.  

Working as a high-profile brand ambassador, your role will be to drive and develop new business opportunities in the sector and ensure high quality, profitable service delivery from your team.  This is an important strategic role for the company, with excellent prospects to forge a long term career.

The position will be based in the Midlands or the North West of England, with some travel required both nationally and internationally as part of the role.

To be considered, you’ll need to meet the following criteria:

- educated to HND or above in a civil engineering or construction related discipline;
- RICS, APM or other professional qualifications;
- high degree of drive with track record of success from previous positions;
- ability to command respect and support from peers and sub-ordinates;
- strong track record of delivering cost management or PM assignments to the UK bridges and highways sector.

Experience of working in Europe or elsewhere abroad would be to your advantage.

In return, you will be rewarded with a salary in the range of £50k - £60k + senior level benefits package.
