 A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Land Buyer to work for a leading National Contractor/ Developer. This client is an expert in their specific field of Care Homes and due recent expansion plans, they are adding a Land Buyer to their South Wales operations. This would suit a Land Manager currently working for a Residential Developer who is looking to diversify their career and work in a buoyant market. The successful candidate will join an already established Development team and will report directly to the Development Manager. This role will based in the office 2 days per week with 3 days covering their specific patch of either South Wales and the West, the Midlands, or the Home Counties and the South East.
