Civils Estimator – Crossrail Projects – London Job Details

A new opportunity has arisen to join our client in London as a Estimator working on civil engineering projects for Crossrail.  It’s an interesting, challenging and rewarding position which will put you right  in the heart of Europe’s largest rail project.

Using the Candy estimating system, your role will be to produce estimates for major civils projects will be awarded under NEC3.  You’ll work as part of a commercial team and engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver robust and financially-sound cost plans for all aspects of the projects, including plant, materials, and labour.

To be considered, you MUST meet the following criteria:

- extensive experience as an Estimator in the UK civil engineering sector;
- fully familiar with estimating under the NEC3 contract suite;
- proven background in the UK rail sector;
- experience of using Candy estimating software;
- track record in the major project environment.

The position is offered on a freelance basis at c. £375 to £450 a day (ltd co).
