As a Procurement Database Administrator you will be responsible for the Procurement Database andassociated data and to maintain and extend the Group Procurement Database.The position will be a shared resource across engineering and facilities divisions.The role includes liaising with the procurement teams to ensure operational requirements are met,agreeing timescales and priorities, liaising with manufacturers/suppliers to agree/check content etc.recording and maintaining audit trail for all information sources. Ensuring work is signed off bybusiness owner before implementation.The ideal candidate will have experience in data management and coding, ability to collate andanalyse data, be methodical, and have good interpersonal skills, an ability to communicate withinternal and external contacts. Experience in a Mechanical & Electrical / Facilities procurement department is preferable together with a knowledge and understanding of working structures/relationships between manufacturers, suppliers and M&E organisations, good financial and analytical skills, strong literacy and numeracy skills and a good level of computer literacy.In exchange for experience enthusiasm and commitment to our business, we offer an attractiveremuneration package including Company Pension & Health cover.
