Description:	M&E Quantity Surveyor - Assistant/Intermediate levelOur client is a well established M&E contractor based in Manchester. They are currently looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their commercial team. This will require dealing predominantly with commercial Building Services contracts throughout the North-West. Working within an established team, the role will have a pre-contract focus meaning the successful candidate must be able to produce cost plans from an agreed schedule rates. The candidate will also be expected to assist in post contract meetings with the clients' representatives to finalise variations and cost.CANDIDATEBSc Quantity Surveying or relevant qualifications.2 - 4 years M&E Quantity Surveying experience.Consultancy background advantageous.Ability to produce an M&E Cost Report.RICS accredited preferable.SALARY£30K - £35K dependent upon experienceBenefits packageThis is a great opportunity for an ambitious M&E Quantity Surveyor to join an established M&E Contractor with a good reputation and full order book.
