 M&E ManagerMy client is one of the largest building contractors in the world they are looking for a M&E Manager. The ideal candidate will have a good ability to deal with all of subcontractors and have experience of managing over trades alongside M&E.This particular position will be site based managing multiple projects:Duties include:1. Review M & E Tenders, which are safe with no risk elements and all.2. Prequalification of all subcontracts.3. Design verification.4. Manage the successful delivery of services of each project. 5. Maintain a good working relationship with M & E subcontractors.6. Provide guidance and instruction to the site management team. 7. Ensure that installation periods are not compromised and are completed within the overall finishing programme. 8. Provide technical support for site teams. 9. Assist with the site management but in line with the services guidelines. 10. Site Coordination and managing M&E contractors on site.
