 Site Manager - Central London - 5 month contract - salary Negotiable My client is one of the largest independently owned contractors in the UK with a proven track record of delivering new build projects. They have a high percentage of negotiated work and repeat business which is a reflection on the relationships that we build with our clients. They are looking for a Site Manager for projects up to £25M in value.Working on new build and refurbishment which are mostly Design & Build, projects in the following sectors:*Commercial *Education *Leisure *Industrial You will be a strong team player with good communication skills, who can motivate and influence others. Proven experience in managing a team of people and carrying out all associated processes. It is essential you have First Aid, SMSTS and CSCS Key Duties and Responsibilities: * Drawings and document reviews * Site inductions / Toolbox talks. * Health & Safety Monitoring. * Discussions with the designers. * Discussions with the Client. * Planning ahead / forecast programming. * Site image awareness.
