 Asset & Building Control Surveyor - ReadingOur client is a nationally established Facilities Management company providing services to prestigious customers across the UK. They are currently looking to recruit a time-served Building Services Engineer to join their team at a busy secure site near Reading.ROLE*Responsible for property and equipment surveys across the large industrial site.*Detail critical points of maintenance (PPM and reactive) schedules for all resources on site.*Provide costing reports for improvements to existing resources and schedules.*Deliver cost effective solutions to improve maintenance services where necessary, ensuring the highest quality to customers.*Support engineering staff, implementing training and other requirements as needed.CANDIDATE*Proven supervisory experience in a Building Services Engineering role.*Current, valid Security Clearance ESSENTIAL.*H&S and Quality Awareness.*IT literate.*Full UK Driving Licence.SALARY*£40K, Contract basis
