The candidate must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom, must be available immediately and also have valid CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS Certificates. The candidate must be self motivated, have an ability to lead a team and also be able to delegate in the appropriate manner in order to gain success on the job and also have experience as a site manager in residential/commercial developments.
