 MECHANICAL PROJECT ENGINEER - MANCHESTEROur client is a leading M&E Contractor based in Manchester. They are currently searching for a mechanical engineer to join their established team.ROLE*Responsible for the installation of mechanical HVAC works on various projects within the region.*As Mechanical Project Engineer you will effectively engineer and fully control all aspects of labour, plant and materials associated with Mechanical Installations*The successful candidate will be involved in managing a system of cost and control in association with the Surveying Department. *Maintaining effective working relationships with clients and other departments including pre-contract, design, estimating and buying*Directly supervise employees and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality Assurance and other contractual and technical standardsCANDIDATE*Previous experience in a similar role will be essential*Must be qualified in a mechanical discipline, ideally at HND or above*Must have strong man management skills and a proven track record of dealing with clients and their representatives.*Must have strong technical and design skills.
