 A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pre Construction Design Manager to work for a leading National Contractor. This client is an expert in their specific field of Care Homes and due to recent expansion plans, they are adding a Design Manager to their South Wales operations. The successful candidate will join an already established Pre Construction department and will report directly to the Construction Director. Suitable candidates will ideally live within a commute of Cardiff and come from a main contracting background with proven experience as a Design Manager.
