Architectural Technician - Retail Sector – Birmingham Job Details

Our client is an international, high-profile consultancy operating in a range of construction and property sectors.  A major new commission has now led to an opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join them in their Birmingham office.  You’ll join a busy and successful team producing designs for major retail clients, focussing in the car showrooms and retail banking sector.  This is a great opportunity to join a highly-considered employer.
 

To be considered for the role, you’ll need to meet the following criteria:


- Educated to HNC or higher in Architecture;

- Proven experience in retail bank and / or car show room design;

- Experienced and competent in AutoCAD v. 2009 or higher;

- eligible to live and work in the UK.


In return, you’ll be rewarded with a salary in the range of £25k - £35k + flexible benefits package.
