 Quantity Surveyors / Estimators - EssexOur client is a respected Construction consultancy with a rapidly expanding customer base. They are currently looking for highly experienced M&E Quantity Surveyors and Estimators to join their busy estimating team, working on a number of high-value projects.ROLE"Preconstruction Project Manager on Commercial M&E projects."Effective and transition from precontract bid tendering to post contract advice."Regular communication through meetings with the customer."Ability to advise clients on key cost components and additional project costs."Knowledge of overall construction costs. CANDIDATE"BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience in the Building Services sector."Previous experience in a preconstruction estimating role."RICS registered preferable but not essential. "Excellent communication skills with both customers and Senior Management. "Ability to meet tight deadlines.SALARY"Negotiable, dependent upon experience.
