 Due to a significant increase in work load, an established Building Services (M&E) contractor has a requirement for a Contracts Manager. Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for all operational activities on multiple sites. Requirements:- Minimum of 10 years experience in building services engineering.- Background in M&E services contracting.- Multi sector project experience including industrial, commercial & residential.- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical services.- Educated to a high standard - Degree or HNC/D- Full/clean driving licenceThis is an excellent opportunity to join a stable company with a full order book.
