Mechanical Project Engineer (Temporary)Our client, a well established Facilities Management company, is currently seeking to recruit a time served Mechanical Engineer to supervise and assist their installation teams across London. This is a long term, Temporary position, offering the opportunity to gain further supervisory experience across a multi site portfolio.ROLE"Prepare tenders for Mechanical works to be completed for all sites."Monitor efficiency of staff and subcontractors."Coordinate with Site Management to monitor labour, Health & Safety and budget controls."Maintain resource availability (materials, plant etc.); report all shortages."Report to Project Manager on all site activity."Provide operational support and expertise as needed.CANDIDATE"Qualified to HND standard or above in Mechanical Engineering or relevant Building Services disciplines."Previous supervisory experience from the construction / Building Services industry."Proven ability to produce tenders."Excellent communication and man management skills."Full UK driving license.SALARY"Negotiable, dependent upon experience."Contract end February 2012.
