Freelance Claims QS - Rail Sector - North West England Job Details

This new opportunity has just been created for a Senior QS to work on contractual claims arising from a major rail project.   Your role will be to assess, manage and defend claims submitted to the client for a complex, multidisciplinary rail upgrade programme.

To be considered for the position, you must meet the following criteria:

- proven track record of claims management under the NEC contract form;
- demonstrable experience in UK rail sector;
- strong client-side or consultancy-based background.

MRICS, MCIArb or equivalent qualifications will be an advantage, but not essential.

The position is offered on a ltd co basis at £350 - £450 a day according to experience, for an initial six months period.
