 Our client is a global cost and project management consultancy that works across a variety of sectors. They are currently seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Central London team.As an experienced Building Surveyor you will be responsible for providing a broad range of professional and project management services to Managing Agent and Building Consultancy clients, including Central and Local Government Departments in London. Requirements: - A strong track record as a Senior Building Surveyor, with the last 2 years in a Senior Capacity, showing the desire for a progressive career structure.- Energetic and motivated professional with natural drive and innovative flair. - An ability to develop business through building strong working relationships. - Commercially aware and financially astute individual. - The ability to advise and guide colleagues in a supportive, interactive fashion ensuring that targets are set, action is planned and goals are achieved. - Experience of property refurbishment and maintenance. - Experience of controlling quality projects. - A depth of knowledge of different property management processes. - An interest in further developing skills and experience in a wide range of building surveying functions, including facilities and maintenance management, professional surveying work, building pathology and conservation.- Educatied to a degree standard- MRICS with PQE or equivalent standard by experience In return, my client is willing to offer a salary of up to £40,000 plus a benefits package (circa £2000)If you are interesting in working for a market-leader then apply now for immediate consideration.
