Director - Transport & Infrastructure - East Coast, USA Job Details

A high-profile & successful firm of cost and project management consultants is now looking to recruit a Director of Transport & Infrastructure to lead their team in the US.  Based at a major city on the East Coast, you will take charge of a team of project management and quantity surveying consultants and take them forward in the delivery of commissions to existing and new clients.    You’ll be responsible for managing and growing your team of consultants, delivering against current work and developing new business, and ensuring profitability and growth targets are met.  It is an exciting opportunity in a key market giving you access and support at main board level.

The successful candidate will have already attained a high-level of success in QS or PM consultancy solutions in the UK Transport markets, and be looking to take their career forward to the next level. 

You must meet the following criteria to be considered:

- qualified to degree level in a QS, construction or PM-related discipline;
- professionally qualified with membership of RICS, APM, CIOB or equivalent;
- strong track record in UK client-side QS or PM commissions for the Transport and / or Infrastructure markets;
- aptitude and desire to develop new business opportunities;
- ability to communicate and engage individuals at all levels, both internally and externally to an organisation;
- excellent presentation and written English skills.

In return you will be rewarded with a salary in the range of £70k - £90k + executive benefits package + relocation assistance.
