 M&E Supervisor - Southern regionOur Client, a nationally established Facilities Management company, offers a career - enhancing opportunity to work directly with highly reputable customers. They are currently seeking to recruit a highly experienced individual from the Residential Building Services sector to join their Management team in Berkshire.ROLE*Supervise all PPM and reactive works are delivered throughout the South West, according to specific customer deadlines and quality standards.*Ensure all direct staff and subcontractors are adequately trained and adhering to H&S procedures.*Implement Emergency Call Out schedules to guarantee a daily service to all customers and residents, including holiday /sickness cover.*Carry out technical surveys, preparing quotations for additional works required.*Liaise with customers on a regular basis, reporting on any and all works conducted on site.CANDIDATE*Previous experience in a similar M&E management role.*Educated to C&G level or equivalent in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.*Excellent communication skills.*Computer literate.SALARY*£34,500*Company vehicle provided.*Generous benefits package also available.
