Description:	BUILDING SURVEYOR - LONDONOur client is a successful National FM Company based in London. They are currently searching for a Building Surveyor on a contract basis until December. A dedicated and enthusiastic building surveyor is required, with excellent presentation and organization skills, technical ability and a thorough understanding of the commercial and or industrial property markets. Responsibilities will include; provide a full range of building surveying and contract administration duties for a range of clients.You will be carrying out asset surveys and compiling dilapidation reports. You will need experience in surveying, have knowledge and experience of M&E.The successful candidate will have a proven track record in surveying with am understanding of M&E surveying. Ideally degree qualified, but willing to look at candidates with relevant experience.
