Our client is a major consultancy operating in the construction and infrastructure markets. Their ongoing success in the local government construction markets has lead to this new opening for a PM to join their team at a high-profile London Borough.
Your role will be to deliver best practice PM advice and services to the Borough, for buildings projects across the project life cycle. For example, you could be involved in front-end feasibility and optioneering exercises for a new leisure centre, or ensuring that a new school building is delivered to time and budget on the ground. It’s a varied role which will put you in contact with a range of stakeholders from all walks of life.
To be considered, you’ll need to meet the following criteria:
- professionally qualified with RICS, CIOB or APM memberships;
- demonstrable background working as a PM in the UK consultancy sector;
- proven experience of local government buildings projects.
