This client is an expert in their specific field and due recent expansion plans, they are adding a Design Manager to their South Wales operations.The successful candidate will join an already established Pre Construction department and will report directly to the Construction Director. Suitable candidates will ideally live within a commute of Cardiff and come from a main contracting background with proven experience as a Design Manager. Experience in the Care Home sector would be an advantage. Due to the nature of the work, the incumbent will be required to work away from home as required.
