 Our Business Development Managers have many years of successfully delivering key accounts to the group, with business opportunities increasing we are now seeking Account Managers to support the business development team. Your role will be to build relationships with our key accounts, manage the accounts daily and ensure that all construction and mechanical and electrical vacancies are filled by selecting the most suitable candidates available in the market. Our extensive database of over 150000 candidates will aid you in your selection and you will ensure that all candidates have a right to work in the UK, possess the right qualifications and can provide two recent references. You will then contact both client and candidate regularly to ensure the smooth running of the contracts. You will oversee the payroll each week and liaise with the in house accounts team. Your networking skills will prove invaluable as you network between contacts constantly maximising the account, you will be rewarded for your efforts and will receive commission after a qualifying period. Excellent communication and time management skills are essential, the job is often reactive to our client demands and a flexible approach is required. The role would suit a recruitment consultant that no longer wishes to cold call but thrives on building relationships and gaining the best from an account. Recruitment experience would be an advantage but not essential. Many of our team are from contract backgrounds within construction and mechanical and electrical industries and have proven to be very successful.
