Quantity Surveyor - Education - North London Job Details

Our client a Main Contractor based in North London who specialise within New Builds, Refurbishment and Design and Build mainly within Education, Residential and Commercial requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Permanent)

You will come from a commercial background within the Education sector and have had exposure to Design & Build.

You will be responsible for commercial management of new school and pre-school projects for many education authorities in London and the south east.

General main contracting QS duties including, subcontract payment, valuations, variations, final account.

QS degree or charterships are beneficial but not essential
