Contracts Manager - High Class Resi - SW London Job Details

Our client a South London based specialist main contractor who are renowned for working on bespoke, luxury residential properties (£400,000 - £5M) are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager from a similar background to look after multiple  high spec refurbs (£100,000 - £500,000)

You are an excellent communicator and man manager who has no problems in running multiple complex residential refurbishment projects to the highest standard.

You will have excellent attention to detail especially on high spec finishes and have the ability and confidence to deal with clients, consultants and your site teams. You will report directly to the operations director.

Candidates with relevant professional qualifications and charterships will be desirable. You will posses CSCS, First Aid and ideally SMSTS.

You will be based within an easy commute distance to South West London.
