Estimator - High Class Resi - SW London Job Details

Our client a South London based specialist main contractor who are renowned for working on bespoke, luxury residential properties (£400,000 - £5M) are looking for an experienced Estimator from a similar background.

You must have estimating experience within the high end luxury residential market, New Build & Refurb.

You will have excellent attention to detail especially on high spec finishes and have the ability and confidence to deal with clients and consultants.

You are familiar with rates at the high end of the market and you understand estimating from groundworks to finishes.

You will be based within an easy commute to South West London.
