Commercial Manager – Rail Projects – London, UK Job Details

Our client is looking to engage a Commercial Manager on a freelance basis, to work on station upgrade and refurbishment projects on the London Underground.  You’ll engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the projects are brought in on budget and according to contract.  It’s an important and varied role and you’ll have a big impact on the programme’s success.

To be considered, you’ll need to meet the following criteria:

- academic background as a QS or Chartered Engineer;
- strong track record as a Commercial Manager for railway station projects;
- familiarity with the NEC suite of contracts.

MRICS or equivalent would be to your benefit, although not a pre-requisite.

Rate will be in the range of £325 - £350 a day (ltd co).
