 Estimator - Building EnvelopeReference: EG 1-53163Consultant: Dominic O'Neill Company: Leading specialist Building Envelope subcontractor Salary: £35,000 per annum Our client, a leading specialist sub-contractor, requires an experienced Estimator with experience directly working for a sub-contractor who specialise in cladding and facades systems to be based in their office in the Yorkshire region.In return for your skills, the Estimator will receive an excellent working environment with a rapidly expanding building envelope contractor offering an industry leading salary. The company are starting a new division of larger facades projects ranging from £5- 10 million in which the Estimator is needed The ideal candidate will have: -Experience in Cladding + Facades is a MUST-Experience producing successful tenders for a specialist sub-contractor-Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills -Yorkshire based-Full UK Driving Licence -Ideally experience in technal schucoThey need a proactive Estimator with a "can-do" attitude who can match their ambitions. As they need you to hit the ground running they need someone with vast experience within a similar company.
