Going through a phase of rapid growth, we have a number of high profile and exciting projects including installing numerous PV panels to retrofit houses within the Leeds area,We would favour the Electrician Team Leader to provide a Labourer and Roofer to form their own team the requirements for the positions of the Labourer and Roofer are available upon request, If forming your own team is not possible or you can only provide either a Labourer or Roofer we will be able to assist you in forming your team.THE ROLEReporting to on-site Contracts manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Picking up materials from Central storesAssembly of PV panel framesMounting of frames at heightsFixing Solar PV panels to supporting framesElectrical duties will include Basic wiring between the Solar PV panelsFull installation of the following components within the PV install,Ac IsolatorsDc Isolators Generation MetersFuse Board'sAll Commissioning Paper Work to be completed and signed on-site.Working to strict deadlines ESSENTIAL The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following personal skills;Complete and successfully pass a CRB checkJIB17th EditionPart P or 2391 Test and Commission CSCS CardWorking at Heights CertificationManual Handling Certificate Hazard AwarenessAsbestos Awareness Van owner with full driving Licence (Transit size van preferred)Must personally own PPE Including steel toe cap boots, hard hat, high visibility vest, harnesses, kneepads, gloves and safety glasses PREFERED Previous PV installation experienceNICEIC PV Solar Certificate
