 Contracts Manager required to join a leading national main contractor, with offices across the South, West and East of England as well as Wales. With an excellent work pipeline, the company has established itself as one of the main players within the construction market. They typically operate across major projects, commercial, industrial and education sectors, on projects between £1m and £35m in value. As Contracts Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing up to 7 live projects at any one time across the Devon and Cornwall business. Reporting into the Operations Director and aided by established support networks from site based teams to commercial, design and Estimating set-ups, you will be fully responsible for all project delivery within your remit. The successful candidate will demonstrate; Exceptional work experience, overseeing a broad range of projects across the building sector with a solid permanent work history. Strong interpersonal, presenting and client facing skills, combined with business development and commercial awareness, portrayed in a presentable, articulate and confident manor. Career ambitious, with a self motivated, driven approach, able to work autonomously to meet and exceed targets and expectations. Important: Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in the above and currently reside within a commutable distance to Plymouth.
