Title: Project Account ManagerPurpose: To provide a Single point of contact and first line support in direct engagement with our customer's both Internal and external across the Novartis north portfolio. To develop and implement a business plan that demonstrates consistency and delivers sustainable profitable growth. Location:SpekeDimensions: To organise and attend as necessary all appropriate meetings with our respective clients as a vehicle to promote and demonstrate our core capabilities and the added value our services provide. Engage with the North regional projects and communications operational teams, on a regular basis as means of communicating client's requirements and expectations. To hold authority to ensure if required the appropriate operational/technical support is available to assist in your duties. Subordinates:N/APrinciple Accountabilities: *To organise and arrange attendance of customer team meetings on a weekly/monthly basis.*To ensure regular contact is kept will all Facilities Directors/Regional Facilities managers and the like.*To support projects commercial team in assisting with surveying & estimating matters project(s) specific.*To engage with all parties as necessary to prepare/develop project specific scopes of works.*To provide a single point of contact function on behalf of Specialist Services and disseminate any communicated requirements to the applicable operational team. *To ensure you provide all necessary documented reporting at clients meetings, covering: H&S, Quote, Win/Lose, customer survey, actual progress ratios and statistics. Where applicable and only if required individual project status reports.*To develop in conjunction with Specialist Services General managers a business plan covering a minimum 3 year period utilising Key Account management principles. That will outline a strategic objective to show year on year growth in terms of volume / profitability and the benefits/ value that specialist services will add to the overall account.*To research and develop credible business plan identifying viability in introducing a dedicated Professional Project management group operating autonomously direct to clients.*To ensure that regular/good communication is kept with all specialist services national operational teams.*To ensure that individual project requirements are disseminated to the correct business unit and that owners are assigned.*To provide initial technical support as and when required.*To ensure regular contact is kept with the Customer Quotation team to ensure all actions are being addressed at all times.*To ensure that all procedures and processes are maintained to the highest level.*To provide similar support if & when required to other key accounts on a national basis. Qualifications and Experience: *Hold Technical qualifications in a building services discipline. *Extensive experience in a managerial role.*To be able to demonstrate that experience is held working in a commercial property environment.*To hold key skills in dealing with customers on a daily basis*To be able to communicate at all levels, with excellent written and oral skills.*To be self motivated and to be able to motivate others, to be reliable and to be able to act with responsibility.*To be able to plan and organise effectively*To be able to develop and maintain effective relationships both with clients, other business units and colleagues.*IT skills required with specific reference to the Microsoft sweep of business packages.*To hold an understanding of Profit & loss accounts attributable to the respective business.*To be able to provide specific reports on a regular basis and to be of a detailed and professional nature.*Hold sufficient Health & Safety experience. *Valid full driving licenceOther factors:Car allocated - Grade 4Approx annual mileage to be 25,000- 35,000Laptop providedBlackberry Mobile phone provided.Salary annually reviewed.
