 Building SurveyorReference: EG1-52087Consultant: Elliot GouldingLocation: BirminghamCompany: Building ConsultancyExcellent opportunity for a recent graduate with 1-2 years experience gained within professional practice working towards their APC.You will be joining a national practice with a full order book. The company offer excellent training and full progression and are renowned for promoting their staff organically. The person appointed will be working on building design specifications and contract administration. Project size varies from £50K to £2M and includes refurbishment and extensions in the education and other sectors.Ideally the candidate will have:- Building Surveying degree or similar- Ideally 1-2 experience with a medium-large UK consultancy - Industry experience within education properties is beneficial- An ambitious individual- Good communication skills and well-presented.- Based in the West Midlands (relocation will not be considered)In return, our client is willing to offer excellent career progression opportunities and a negotiable basic salary circa £25,000 per annum plus benefits.
