 One of our clients currently has a need for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their rapidly growing central London team.Based between London Waterloo and London Bridge stations, this is an excellent opportunity to join a successful consultancy with national coverage and a broad scope of works, although most is focussed around Social Housing.The successful candidate will:- Be a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors- Have 2-3 years post charter experience- Have extensive experience performing all building surveying duties on a range of properties- Be resident within a commutable distance of Central London- Have previous experience working in a private practice/consultancyIn return my client is willing to offer up to £37,000 per annum plus health, pension & professional fees, dependant on experience & suitability.Services advertised by Project Resource Ltd. are those of an agency and/or an employment business.
