Description:	One of our clients, a rapidly growing building consultancy based in South West London (Wandsworth), currently has a requirement for a dynamic and confident Chartered Building Surveyor to join their highly successful team.Responsibilities--Suitable candidates will undertake Building Surveying duties on a range of projects in the Commercial and Private residential sectors. -They will also be responsible for the development and monitoring of non-qualified and year-out students.Key tasks/skills--Involvement in business development and marketing the company's services.-A knowledge of budget management.-Keeping partners informed of current activities and forecasts.-Strong knowledge of building/ construction techniques and materials.Personal attributes-- Honest.- Assumes responsibility.- Demonstrates flexibility.- Able to work under pressure.- Results focused.- Client focused.Mandatory requirements--2-4 years PQE industry experience.-Good IT skills.-RICS membership.-Full UK driving license and an ability to travel for work (sometimes overseas).Competitive rates of pay circa £35,000 + benefits.Services advertised by Project Resource are those of an agency and/or an employment business.
