 A well respected UK Property Consultant current has an opportunity for a senior candidate to manage their Glasgow office, with a particular focus on building surveying.You will be expected to oversee the Building and Project Consultancy team, whilst engaging with clients to generate new instructions. There will be a strong business development element to your role, although you will be expected to maintain a hands-on presence throughout each project.The successful candidate will:- Be MRICS or FRICS- Have previous experience working within a similar outfit at Partner or Director level.- Have an excellent knowledge of the local markets and clients- Be proficient with the full range of building surveying duties for commercial properties- Be resident within a commutable distance of the Glasgow- Be capable of coordinating a team of graduates and chartered surveyorsIn return my client is willing to offer up to £70,000 per annum plus car allowance, benefits and bonus.Apply now for further information.Services advertised by Project Resource are that of an employment business and/or agency.
