You will be executing works agreed upon with the client according to specifications and approved methodologies without any defect or deviation, within budget and agreed time frame.Principle Accountabilities:To maintain safe & clean site continuously and arrange for manpower,material and equipment to do so with related units.To ensure that all works are carried out to a defined scope and thatall variation and or deviations are captured and charged appropriately.To conduct subcontractor audits, housekeeping tours and spot checks.To study all construction or installation drawings, documents andits updates, in terms of methodologies in coordination with other disciplines/contractors/ subcontractors prior to construction/installation and to give proper extensive explanation to the team.To study construction/installation schedule and project budget andreview them continuously to assure working within their limits.To execute the works according to the latest approved revision ofdrawings and /or instruction of authorised persons.To ensure that the Project manager is updated regularly on thestatus of all works.To assist in supervising the construction/installation in terms ofproper method, material reservation and optimum output of labour and deputise for the PM when necessary.
