 Senior Site Manager required for large residential development - CambridgeSenior Site Manager required for large residential development consisting of 200 apartments. My client requires an enthusiastic Senior Site Manager to assist the Project Manager in all aspects of the development. The project includes various types of build including two 5 storey RC frames including a large RC Basement, 4 storey blocks with load bearing masonry with a mixture of cladding and a small number of town houses. The successful candidate will have prior RC Frame experience and must have constructed similar type and size projects in the past, from inception through to completion and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the build process. The development will run for approximately 3 years and applicants will ideally live south of Cambridge as follow on projects will be situated between London and Cambridge.If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience for this position, please apply by sending an up to date CV highlighting relevant experience.
