 Project Manager required for West London Residential DevelopmentThis Project Manager position is to oversee the construction of a number of High spec 4 storey town houses with a resale value of 1.5mil each and an additional block of flats, total build value is circa £12 million.The successful Project Manager will take the project from inception through to completion and have overall control of the Project, reporting to a Project Director. Direct reports will include the Site Management Team, the Surveying Team, the Technical team and Trade Contractors.Attributes of the successful candidates will include the ability to communicate at all levels, project planning and monitoring skills, experience of Project Management on a residential Project, adaptable with a "can do" attitude that can change with the needs of the business.Applicants will only be considered if they have had Project Management experience of similar sized projects and have previously managed high spec residential projects.CSCS, SMSTS, First AidNHBC Awards for similar builds would be advantageousIf you feel you have the relevant skills for this Project Manager position, please apply by sending an up to date CV highlighting relevant experience.
