 My Client, a leading environmental consultancy is offering an exciting opportunity for a Sustainability Consultant. The ideal candidate will project manage and provide expert input into sustainable food consultancy and research projects. Working with a multi-disciplinary team of experts, projects will include supply chain development and risk management strategies utilising carbon & water footprinting tools. The opportunity will allow you to work with businesses across the whole agri-food supply chain.The successful candidate will have a strong track of project management excellent communication skills, be comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops. You would be expected to have a good understanding of the food sustainability agenda and both Government and corporate drivers of change. Experience and skills- A graduate (or equivalent) in a technical discipline- Industry experience in either the food or agricultural sector- Track record of managing sustainability projects as a consultant or within an in- house delivery team- Minimum five years' work experience - An experienced project manager used to managing complex project teams- Track record of business development and sales- Strong analytical, report writing and verbal presentation skills. - Excellent communication skills.- A full UK driving licence is essential.If you wish to apply for this fantastic opportunity contact James on 01612768135 for an initial non-committal discussion regarding this and other possible opportunities.
